Being part of the CABNEI Project as a Change Agent from Poltekkes Aceh really makes me proud and honored. Much has been gained in 3 years of collaboration with 4 Scandinavian Universities, namely Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (INN), Norway, Østfold University College (ØUC), Norway, Karlstad University (KAU), Sweden, and University College of South Denmark (UC Syd), Denmark, and 4 Universities in Aceh, Indonesia namely Akademi Keperawatan Ibnu Sina Kota Sabang (AKIS), Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat UNMUHA, Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK), and Poltekkes Kemenkes Aceh.
We can exchange opinions, learn and share experiences about nursing through a Work Package which is arranged systematically and in detail to get to know each other and to complement the development of nursing education at each campus in order to produce quality nursing education so that it can be transferred to students.
In addition, this project has given us the opportunity to visit each other's partner campuses so that it makes us more familiar, know each other better and can directly observe the learning process, facilities and infrastructure. And the extra bonus that we gained is to enjoy the culture and the beauty of natural charm.
Hopefully this togetherness will continue in the next project, not just stop here. Now that we are brothers, don't separate us in order to develop the nursing profession.
