Wp 5 Management

WP 5 – Management: The fifth WP includes formation of partnership agreements and the establishment of a management team to ensure the highest standard of project coordination according to EU requirements.

Project management

Indicators of achievements:

-All partners have signed the partnership agreement.

-A project governors board have been established with instructions.

-A meeting and reporting structure have been set up.

The project is lead and managed by a project manager (economy/administration) from External Financed Project Department and the project coordinator (project activities). The project manager and the project coordinator together with two senior researchers/teachers form the project group. Additionally, current work package leaders are requested to participate in the meetings to up-date and report from their work with the educational interventions. The international coordinator as well as the unit head from INN are receiving invitation for optional participation.

The project group meet once a week in real life and/or via zoom (Tuesdays) with and agenda on project management (including planning, implementation and evaluation).

The project group prepares for bi-monthly meetings via zoom with all partners (each partner contact person receives the invitation and can bring additional project people with them to the meeting), to inform and discuss all parts of the implementation of the project.

In relation to the bi-monthly meeting, a meeting for the Quality Control Group (QCG) is organised with special focus on follow-up on the activities including work on the quality indicators. The QCG consist of one person from each partner university. The work of the QCG, has been focused on following up on the project through digital program management tool, where project related data are up-loaded and stored.

The project group also prepare for the Governing Board meetings once a year. The project governing board consist of one senior member from each partner university.
