Wp 3 Quality Control

WP 3 - Quality plan: The third WP includes the establishment of a quality control group who will lead the development of quality indicators and protocol for monitoring.

Indicators of achievements:

-Establishment of a quality control group consisting of one member from each country.

-Identification of quality indicators.

-Development of a quality control tool (Sharepoint).

-Implementation of a quality control tool.

The internal quality assurance is illustrated in above figure and further described in the partnership agreements. The CABNEI project is located at the project owner Inland University of Applied Sciences (INN) and located at the Faulty of health- and social sciences in Norway. The project is lead and managed by a project manager (economy/administration) from External Financed Project Department and the project coordinator (project activities).
