WP 1 Preperations

WP 1 - Preparation: The first WP includes project preparation and preparation of a baseline assessment of competence in Indonesia.

-Organization and implementation of a launch meeting attended by participants from all participating organization.

-Establishment of a change agent group comprising of five representatives with Master and PhD from Indonesia competence.

-Five preparation meetings to be held at consortium meetings for the preparation of the WPs including educational interventions.

-Development and implementation of a baseline survey for nurse educators
